YouTube has been broken since they added that dynamic quality update. Why the fuck do I have to watch the video in vaseline-o-vision instead of just caching it decent quality because my net connection isn't up to Google Fiber speeds.
You pause and it stops downloading... and the loading bar isn't accurate either.
