This is just childish insanity. I pray it comes back to haunt the R's. Cruz, Cantor, etc., are just cancers to the country.
If this doesn't get resolved immediately this is really going to make a lot of people very bitter (including myself). A lot of money and business is at stake, not just principles. Throwing that business away, increasing our deficit and making our country look like a fucking joke is just not acceptable.
What happens in a month when we have the 'real' problem - the debt ceiling? What about next time??
