I suffer from this same issue though I appreciate it's convenience I often get self conscious about it's repetitiveness. I'm a jeans and button down shirt with sleeves rolled kinda guy. I wear it all through summer, at work and out of work, and through winter too. Other than v neck undershirts I do not own a short sleeve shirt.
