Geez... this is gonna take some getting used to visually. Can't say how I feel about this just yet.

I think the greens in the iOS apps are too neon-ish. Phone, FaceTime, Messages.

I like the way that the folders zoom, but not the solid gray background containing items in a folder when it's zoomed out. Looks like a mistake.

Not sure I'll give the new Mail a shot or not. Started using the Gmail app a few months ago and I'm in love with it.

That 3d effect of the icons over the background is subtle but kind of cool.

I like the way the apps enlarge now.

Links in notes are yellow. Terrible contrast against the white background. I keep a variety of links stored there. I like the white textured background though.

Reminders updates are nice. White textured background is good there too.

Not a fan of the tab/window updates to Safari. Text is skewed to align with the skewed "window" and it just reads poorly.

LOVE the ability to view photos by Moments. The spacing however in Albums view is odd with only a thumbnail and text to the right of it, and no lines separating each area.

Don't really care for the fade on / fade off effect for the screen being turned on and off. Feels like it's a lag of sorts and feels like the phone is slow. Instant on/off would have been better.

Control Center will be easily overlooked by people who don't know how to find it or know of it's existence.

    That is all for now.

    • I thought you hated the new look. Why did you upgrade if you don't like it?monospaced
