My set-up:
I use the laptop at left for browsing, email, conference calls, writing, etc. Then sit at the main workstation for design/development tasks. Works really well, but is custom-built for my height.
It is so nice not having to sit for hours on end, but also having the luxury to sit whenever I care to.
