My original first gen PS3 just died last weekend, coincidence or engineered obsolescence?
I was going to buy a Roku3 HD so I could stream movies through Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Plus and just wait until the PS4 or XboxOne came out to upgrade but Sony just released a Super Slim PS3 for $199.
It only has 12GB built in flash memory but has a HDD dock that I'm going to try and plug my old HDD into as soon as the HHD cradle arrives. It was only $100 bucks more than a Ruko and I get to continue playing the PS3 games I never finished and the PS4 isn't backward compatible.
