    I need to quit too, switched to smoking 100's a few months ago and I'm still at a pack a day, I tried dip a couple weeks ago, great nicotine rush, but man is that some nasty shit, cant swallow, just spitting in a cup every 10 seconds, really gross shit. as good as it felt, I'll probably never finish that can, that process is just fuckin nasty.
