^ Yeah, the watch is an add-on accessory for a Galaxy Note 3 phone. It doesn't make calls on it's own, so it doesn't need it's own data plan. Bluetooth only, so maybe you can use it with bluetooth headphones? No audio jack. No wi-fi.
