problem is they dont sell anything but water at these events (like ULTRA)
and man, water isn't gonna cut it.
they gotta step things up on the promotion side.... allowing vendors to sell gatorade etc.
- gatorade isnt god for xtc, it will hurt you more than help you.. water is key.e-pill
- you gotta replenish those Electrolytes. Especially good for stopping cramps.omg
- water is good except if you are dancing longer than 30 minutes straight.omg
- if its too sugary, you can dilute it with water. But gatorade is water with necessary nutrients lost in exercise.omg
- it's more for your body, rather than trying to heighten your highomg
