its not the most appealing site ever, but you got the basics down.
you obviously like flash.
and i think its real cool you want to share your fla's.i think you should experiment with type. dont bang us over the head with 40pt stretched type.
and the gradients are sometimes ok if used sparingly. but not as a sole design element.overall its a solid start, keep at it and best of luck.
