thanks everyone.
shellie, I live in Nashville so house prices are obviously WAY cheaper than LA. I don't know how anyone can afford a house in LA or SF or NY. That's why I moved from Boston. Tired of sacrificing space and QOL for the urban thing.
Good luck though...with the work you do, you'll get there easily!
