you need a good processor but it doesn't have to be an i7, check out quad core AMD Phenoms. you need like 2 gigs per core so get at least 8 gigs of fast RAM, obviously 12 would be even better. A fast and large harddrive, 7200rpm. GPU/graphix card doesn't have to be amazing just make sure it is HD ready.
you can build a PC inexpensively if you just balance these things.
- and all cards are HD these days anyway just don't get a peice of shit.uuuuuu
