    i use the Smokey version of the Tech 21 Impact Mesh case, available at the Apple Store and the one a lot of Apple employees use. Good up to a 10 foot drop on concrete. I drop my phone more than i should and this case has been very good to me. Told me they even tested dropping it at 20ft (not recommended) and the phone survived flawless. Of course no water proofiness. . people often ask what case i have, without me saying a word, so it must look nice too i gather.
