Wow, thoroughly impressed with your answers... I'm going to avoid "meds" and go with exercise, diet and more sleep. On a personal level, I had an ex that stocked a medicine cabinet in her purse, she literally blew her brains out 2 years ago. Sad. I need a tennis partner now! Preferably short shorts...
