Its probably something just as simple as too much sugar in your blood.
try this out dude, go for a GOOD run.If your lazy tell yourself the run will only be for a block or 2, once you get started the laziness goes away and you can run for miles, but you have to focus on your breathing, get a good pattern going, time your breathing (inhales or exhales) with your steps/strides.
ex:
inhale on every 2 steps, exhale every 2 steps, sum like that
Doing this you can run forever. don't run with someone else if they like to talk, talking fucks up your breathing and you'll get tired in minutes. you need air to run, breathing is the most important thing.if you feel great and focused afterwards, then that was your problem.
fuck those chemical drugs dude, that shit will make you a dependent little bitch + with lack of exercise, your asking for a lot more health problems in your near future physical and psychological.
