    There was this person who kept posting here years ago who kept complaining that he couldn't find decent talent. He couldn't get people to interview and kept asking for help and suggestions on how to advertise. Turns out the studio was so shitty that no designers wanted to work there. Please make sure your work ATTRACTS designers.
