    to clean and de-stink your leather jacket:

    don't get it dry cleaned, especially if it's a really nice soft leather, 'cause when you get it back it'll have a different texture and it's like 60 bucks anyway.

    wipe it down with a leather conditioner like lexol (my fave) http://tinyurl.com/ko7qxgj , then turn it inside out and zip it up. splash some aftershave onto a paper towel and toss it along with your jacket into a dryer on warm for 10-20 mins. when it comes out it'll be clean, conditioned and fresh as new

    • that's why i condition it first. the heats wicks the oils into the leather instead of it drying it outscarabin
