    I am mostly concerned with having a rich consistent color and a smooth feel. This is 96% red on the outside and 100% gray on the inside so if the cougar can hold the ink just about as well and the texture will be nice I will definitely go with saving $500. The client is a government contractor so they will already stand out by not using the standard glossy folder.
