Cougar is not the premium sheet that Superfine is, but it's not bad. You are flood coating it with ink (it sounds like), so the surface color is probably not going to be as important.

    • Ive used Cougar for brochures in the past. It's not a bad sheet.Josev
    • I dont know what your client does or what they're expecting as far as finish, feel, etc.Josev
    • Mohawk is nicer, IMOmonospaced
    • of course the Mohawk is nicer, but if cost is a concern...Josev
    • Mohawk has a brighter white, better surface formation. But we don't know all of the details of the jobJosev
    • Yes, the surface formation will help with his tinted 1pt lines.monospaced
    • oh, come on. Lines knocked out of one color. I think cougar can handle that. I would worry more about how the tint prints across the sheet than the 1pt lrules.Josev
    • across the sheet than the knocked out, 1pt rules.Josev
    • I think he said the 1pt rules were the tints. They're one in the same, and low formation is best.monospaced
