I have a client with a very small budget, can't afford to pay for high-end stock photography and istock is cheap(er) but pretty shitty.
I found tons of amazing imagery on Tumblr and was wondering if a) they had something like a creative commons licensing agreement and b) if anyone has ever approached a tumblr user for use of their material and what the costs or experience was like.
as hotroddy pointed out, it's almost impossible finding the original creator of most images on Tumblr as they've been posted and re-posted a hundred times.
