    I would suggest you know what you want and stick to your guns. If you accept a job today and don't make the money or get the vacation that would make you happy you are just going to be miserable at the new place. And from my experience if you go into a new job with a lower than expecting salary expecting to get a raise, you will probably have to quit and look for a new job before you end up getting the amount of monetary compensation you wanted in the first place.

    In closing, know what it takes to keep you happy, tell the employer, stick to your guns and if they say no, it wouldn't be a good fit anyway. Best of luck.
