Easiest way is with a .m3u file, upload your mp3s and put links to them into the m3u file. Then link to the m3u from your site, when someone clicks the link to the m3u it download, opens in your mp3 player and plays the mp3s as streams.
Sorry, I don't have a tutorial but if you Google it you'll find something.
