    thanks. only saw this now. i have actually not used any supplements yet, but did change my diet significantly, and more importantly, stuck with it.

    my diet is a lot more balanced. i eat more regularly and my appetite has improved dramatically. i haven't had any alcohol in about a month. didn't drink coffee for a month either, just green tea in the mornings.

    ulcer's pretty much gone and i feel better than i have in years. also gained just about all the weight i wanted to (i'm at 63.5 kg now). could bulk up more but i'm not in a hurry. want it to be controlled... regular exercise: basics i can do at home (situps, pushups, etc.) some free weights and cycle 30-60 min 5 days a week.

    • you mentioned pushing yourself... i started doing that with my basics and cardio as well. just doing a bit more beyond my previous threshold every daysine
