Ah webfactorys fairly scaled down now like all of the main agencies i guess.. Doing quite nicely again now though.. Job scene is ok - not great - small little agencies have popped up all round with only a few people in them - some of them are doing really well - seems like the way forward - a good bit of freelance work going as well - companies are still weary of taking on full time staff.. Oh god those spider awards I always managed to get completely off my face before i even got there at them.. hehe..
