Sad. But I dont' know what people think when they provoke cops, especially when we dont' know what was going on (there were 6 cars, right? I'd assume that meant something "serious", and that assault rifle the one had). I don't think he really 'provoked' them, but its like getting pulled over and saying "what are you doing? This is wasting my time" vs. "is there a problem officer?".
Just sit back and let them do their business. They are a bunch of guys with testosterone flowing, caring guns, obviously investigating something in that house....why do anything but stand far back?
What was he hoping to accomplish? If he was arrested what would happen with his dog??
I feel sorry for the poor, innocent dog, but his owner was an idiot.
- That last line in your post is right on the money.Ramanisky2
- irrelevant how stupid the owner was - was wrongful arrest and unnecessary slaughter of a dog.fadein11
- But fadein, if he hadn't have 'gone' there and backed off like the rest of the people the dog would never have been shot. The shooting was a result of the owners actions... simple.
goldieboy - The shooting was a result of the owners actions.goldieboy
- The shooting was a result of the cops actions Goldie. You are pissing me off saying otherwise. Would a British cop shoot a dog 4x?monospaced
- Nope, special unit cops only carry guns. British cops would have cornered the whole fucking area off. British cops aren't trigger happy.goldieboy
- But, most people don't fuck with British cops. Was the dog owner not asked to move on... Turn his music down etc?goldieboy
- Did he? No... He's a fucking idiot and as a result he got his dog shot.
goldieboy - Yeah, the cops a prick. But so is the guy. Whatever action you take in life - pissing trigger happy US cops off - you only have yourself to blame my friend.goldieboy
- yourself to blame for the outcome.goldieboy
