Cops are pricks, everyone knows that. But, the biggest prick in that video is the guy with the dog.
"Hey, loads of cops. They're all pricks with guns. Must film what's happening and over the other side of the road from EVERYONE else who's filming the same situation... Just that little bit closer. Close enough to cause another situation".
