  Upon further reading, it wasn't the filming that they arrested him for. The house they were raiding was a hostage situation. They asked him to turn down his car radio (reportedly more than once) so they could better monitor the situation. He didn't, so they were arresting him for obstruction.
  There'd be a very different kind of outrage thread here (or maybe none at all) if they guy provided enough of a distraction to get a person in the house situation (criminal, cop or innocent) killed.
