  Not condoning the cops actions, but from what I've read the guys vehicle was blaring music. If swat is conducting a raid and they need to hear everything that is coming through their radio, that is obstructing a police raid and an arrestable offense. He was asked and did not comply. Was it that much of a nuisance? Not really.

  Having said that, I'd have let that dog take a chunk outta my arm before shooting it.

  That all looked like proper procedure with zero compassion and no knowledge of dog behavior in any way shape or form. Just shear stupidity... on both sides.

  Even with that video as evidence, I'd say it would be a hard court case for that guy to win.
