I hop this cop is brought up on animal cruelty charges, or whatever the equivalent of that is when something like this happens and it involves police. Self defense would be such a bullshit excuse. Pointing a gun at a dog and expecting it to understand to back off is stupid. Should have just asked the owner to tell it to chill out, or lock it in the car. The guy getting arrested was OBVIOUSLY cooperating, he literally turned around and gave him his wrists before they even got to him. This is so infuriating.
