Was.....now I do my own workout at home. Like Robotron3k said, all you need is a custom routine and 35-40 mins to create a workout based in repetitive series:
(for example)
- 10 pullups
- 15 squats
- 10 push-ups, feet on the air against the wall
- 2mins of running up and down the stairsI do that 4 rounds and finish with 60 crunches
then the next day I try a different serie
- That's all you need to be strong, every other day to fail!robotron3k
