I know quite a few people who are a part of the crossfit thing. Almost all of them have been hurt at one point in time or another. Torn bicep. Pulled hamstring. Pulled back. Tweaked shoulders a many. Deep bone bruise (2) in the knees from landing wrong off the rings. Torn rotator cuff. Smashed finger. Lots of sore lower backs.

LifeTime Fitness started to go the way of crossfit but quickly started to phase it out. Too many people were getting injured. They've since modified their version accordingly.

It's great, if you know what you're doing. Even then, gotta be careful.

    • I've learned to accept that you get injured one way or another working out. Just learn from itcannonball1978
    • Crossfit is known for more injuries but if you're really working out you will get some injuries.Pupsipu
