This friend of mine is making a poster for an event she's organizing.
She saw this font being used somewhere, downloaded the image and rearranged everything in Photoshop to build these words (title of the event).I like it too and was curious about it.
She would also like to know the name and how to get it.
I searched in Font Squirrel, for example. because I thought maybe it was a free font but then I guess it would be present in these best free font list all over the internet.I used Identifont.
Google Images Search.
And as I said before, WhatTheFont!I also searched Pinterest.
I searched under tags like woodtype, slab serif, retro...I told her I would ask my friends in this amazing creative network for help.
I spent around two hours and nothing so far.
