Here's a printing tip i think you guys can experiment with. This technique is best for preventing aliasing on prints with super fine lines and patterns.
If you know which printer you are printing from, do a research on how many nozzles per print head. And match your dpi of the photo to that number or 2x more or 1/2 less.
For example Epson Stylus Pro 3880 Has 180 nozzles per colour. Set your photo to 360 dpi or 180 dpi if you have to.
