like when the city of LA levied a $5000/day fine on the owner of the house with the RETNA / RISK Heal The Bay mural for an "un-permited" mural on a private residence. If we consider corporations money corrupting are democratic process "Free Speech," they damn well better consider visual art on someone's own property free speech too. The nerve.
