@uan: I'm curious why go with 'A' over 'B' when setting type and figuring out the baseline etc... won't you need to double text size and leading? Wouldn't it be easier to just work at the text size you will code later and when it's time to save your files just switch the file size to 2340px at 72ppi for saving images?
