I'm in the hospital for 2 weeks while I undergo a trial kidney surgery.
Finding the project I've spent 4 months on is slipping away under the executional guidance of others.

Do you guys think that - being designers - delegation (of things you care about) is particularly hard? I know people in other fields who are pros at it - but in all those fields, there are standards and protocols of execution.

With design and development there's just so much damn subjectivity. Even when I specify that something needs to be pixel-for-pixel, the dev people always find some argument to justify some shitty short-cut.

    Help?

I think my issues stems not in their inability (they're very capable) its in my ability to let go of control
