    Don't skip breakfast folks.

    When you wake your body is starving in a catabolic state. Meaning your body is needing energy so it does the easiest way it knows how - by breakdown muscle tissue to get energy.

    Don't miss breakfast, you'll lose muscle mass and are also likely to gain weight from your body worrying about when it's getting it's next meal and thus storing what you eat more so than usual.

    Anything for breakfast is better than nothing. Even a big fat chocolate bar.

    Catabolism is also common after exercise so be sure to eat as soon as you can.

    • Ha yeh. Im a fan of gorging myself at breakfast. I find I don't have to eat very much for the whole day after that.Hombre_Lobo
