Do you know when to take breaks from your work?
Shit. I've been working 12 hr days non-stop, cancelling dates... isolation is not a good look mentally. The other day I caught myself; told my client who I had been burning the midnight oil for that I wasn't working that day and kicked it in the sunshine with a novel, then met up with a friend that evening.
It was night and day the next day. I was sharp, motivated, less anxious.
Take breaks and live damn you!
