thing is a bonus is an 'implied payment'.
If you have been given a bonus at xmas in the past, and they call it an 'xmas bonus', you are well with your rights to expect one every year.
my calling it an xmas bonus, you are impliying its is a regular payment.
you ring ACAS on 08457 47 47 47, and they ring your boss and tell him to sort it out or they will fund a tribual. Great organisation.
