    I will be getting a bonus eventually though...

    I rang ACAS and told them everyone was getting a bonus but me because im leaving, and told them my boss said everyone was getting one based on the LAST 6 month performance. ACAS said I had grounds for an industrial tribunal.

    Once I told this to my boss, funny how quick a person can u turn. having a chat about what an 'appropriate' bonus would be on monday morning.

    I knew I shouldnt have given them 2 months notice, should have done it after I got my bonus. look what happens when you try and do the right thing.

    anyway Ill keep you posted on citizen kezzas' fight against the powers that be....
