I wouldn't worry too much about lights at this point. It looks like you are new to AE, I think lights are tricky and if not done properly it could ruin the animation.
When I first started playing with AE, I remember I would position all my elements in 3d space, precomp the scene, and bring it to a new comp, where I would put a camera layer, then click the 3d cube and the continuos raster options on the precomped scene layer, and rotate/ move around the camera.
Somehow that seemed easier to me than moving the camera on the scene. It was a start! No lights, maybe gradients on layers instead.

- Cameras are much easier when controlled within parented nullsanimatedgif
- animatedgif x 1000
moving cameras are really awkward, parent them to a null and move that shizzHombre_Lobo - and also agree with mig! much easier that wayHombre_Lobo
