you'll have problems with .mov format and windows. Very few have Quicktime installed. I suggest making a .mp4 encoded in h264.
As for the autoplay, someone else will have to help you with that but what I remember we did back in the day was to use a txt file with like 2 / 3 lines of code to execute the autoplay. You can probably google that shit.- h264 not a good idea - just a standard avi for older windows machinesfadein11
