i want to paint this pattern (the triangular op art in black)

onto this thing, which is natural canvas.

it needs to be able to withstand the heat of direct sunlight and be able to fold away and be stored for long periods of time without sticking to itself and smudging all over. it also needs to not peel off.

anybody have any idea what kind of paint i should use for this? maybe screenprinting ink?

    • How many colors? Just b/w? I'd say spray paint.
      dasohr
    • i want to do just the triangular op-art pattern in the above pic. that'd be a fuckton of masking... spraypaint would have the properties i need though...scarabin

    • Masking will be inevitable. Montana Paints will do the job, although I'm almost certain that rustoleum will do it too.dasohr
    • i would say screen printing ink, but not thickautoflavour
