  There was this guy that had a shell site maintenance company. He hired "them" (his mom) to monitor the Radio Shack site. He was caught after 4-6 months after someone happened to see the check being mailed to the shell co was being mailed to the guys house. I think he bilked like 60k, wich of course had to be paid back.
