^ The guy that lost both legs recalls seeing the older brother look him in the eyes and drop the bag at his feet and then leave.
Which goes back to what I said earlier about noticing this. This guy clearly remembers him and him dropping the bag and leaving. Um, why wouldnt you say anything??? You watch a guy leave a bag at your feet then leave, and you just think thats normal?
