^ I agree, the guy should be read his rights like anyone else.
I can see the need for a "public safety exception" if there are still bombs on the street but it would be the wrong thing to do to try him in military court.
When you get down to it there's no difference between what he and his brother did and the Newtown shootings or the theatre massacre.
