Privatizing all fresh water means it will end up being owned by the same multinational industries and agro-corps you wanted to pay for the water they use.
I agree they shouldn't have carte blanche when it comes to diverting rivers, using them as dumping sites, siphoning off the water table for manufacturing, etc, but this Nestlé douchebag is advocating something with very bad consequences.
