  I am sure the whole incident is captured on film and they have a clear picture by now. I am wondering why not just release the tape?
  The clearest one they have on the event. they do it in most every other crime caught on film... you see it on the news in most stupidest cases. but an event like this, aside from footage from people everything shown is confusing.

  • There is no single tape simply because the "event" was multiple events.i_monk
