I'm guessing you'll probably have to convert the psd to html first? That's done through Save for Web in PS. Then open it up in Muse to add interactivity?
I haven't tried this so it's all speculation.
- no, he can just design it in Muse just like he would in InDesign, super fast, with no conversion necessarymonospaced
