hmm..first real boyfriend I assume? I mean come on seriously, do you really think you're the first to go through this kind of ordeal? I'm sure that everyone here can relate to what you are saying and that pretty much everyone also found a way to get through it. Going out is probably the best thing to do even though you might thing otherwise, you are much more likely to do something stupid alone, believe me.
And plus everyone is so fun and friendly on New years, just go out to a pub, you'll make some friends in no time, trust me.
